Today I have written to the Chief Executive of the Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust about the future of Health Visiting Services across #Sevenoaks and #Swanley.
Our local teams have done an amazing job at supporting families during a very difficult period. However, it’s now vital for everyone that we see a full return to the Health Visiting Services.
As we move forward with the Government’s Roadmap for easing COVID-19 restrictions, I have asks the Trust to set out their plans for facilitating more face-to-face care and the reinstatement of in person advice clinics and classes for young families. These are essential services for new parents and I hope to see action taken soon.
