As part of yesterday’s debate on the economy, I highlighted how the Government support packages have helped specifically to protect women’s jobs – something I feel has been overlooked in the narrative to date.
To help women and parents going forward, we need to make sure that schools return in September full time for all pupils, and encourage flexibility through the use of local hubs, which I hope we can look into piloting across Sevenoaks and Swanley.
