I attended the 5 year celebration event for the The Community Cupboard , which is based in West Kingsdown. Tracy, Vee and the rest of the Community Cupboard team not only provide support with food for those in need, but also provide a friendly face, an ear to listen, and also great advice to those struggling. We heard from a number of people who had been helped, with one especially moving contribution from an ex Royal Marine.
Community Cupboard, with funding from Sevenoaks District Council, will soon be opening up in Swanley, extending all their good work to help even more people. My best wishes to all the team – you are absolutely brilliant and make such a difference.
