It was great to meet local business women Tessa Day at a reception in Parliament for the launch of Small Business Britain Female Entrepreneurship: Moving Forward report.
Tessa is a remarkable young businesswomen from Crockenhill who set up Club Hub UK - Kids Activities in 2016, which is now the UK's largest Babies, Toddlers and Children's Activities Directory. Her enthusiasm shone through when we met, and it was lovely to hear of both her achievements and of her future plans, as well as hearing about her other business Tessa's Jazz Hands in Crockenhill, a Musical Theatre, Singing, Dancing and Acting After School Club.
Already an award winner, Tessa is now also a finalist in the Best Businesswomen Awards – Business Services category, and Club Hub has now been named as one of the nation’s 100 most impressive small firms by the Small Business Saturday UK campaign.
Tessa truly is an inspiration to other young women who are thinking about setting up a business. Details of Club Hub and Tessa’s Jazz Hands can be found through these links: https://clubhubuk.co.uk/ https://www.tessasjazzhands.co.uk/
