It was great to this week visit the #Sutton-at-Hone library, accompanied by local Borough Cllr George Holt. I was shown around the library and told of all the great activities they put on – especially for children – and was delighted to meet some of The Art Group who were proudly displaying their work.
Alongside the Library, is the Community Coffee Shop The Meeting Place Sutton-at-Hone run by Krisha White, who is also Chair of the Sutton-at-Hone and Hawley Parish Council. Sadly Krisha was away at the time, but I look forward to meeting with her soon – from what I hear she is certainly the heart and soul of the village
The Library and Coffee Shop are wonderful facilities within the village, and I encourage local residents to make use of them whenever you can as it is important to ensure they continue to be there for the whole community.
