At a meeting of the Health and Social Care Select Committee I raised the issue of personal protective equipment for GPs, which I have been discussing with local clinicians including the team at The Amherst Medical Practice, Sevenoaks and the Sevenoaks Primary Care Network. I asked Professor Yvonne Doyle, Medical Director at Public Health England to make it clear when eye protection will be provided in primary care settings.
